Tedi Kashinejad

Trustee Tedi Kashinejad, has been a devoted member of The Village of Great Neck for over 20 years, including seats on both the Planning and Zoning & Appeals Boards. Now as a resident of Kings Point, he is on the Architectural Review Board. Tedi is the Vice President of Nemat Development Group and BLDNGS Group, a real estate development and interior design company. His mantra of always finding the best solutions for both applicants and residents extends to his community as well. He has made several improvements to a variety of residential, commercial, retail and religious projects in the villages he served including his current project - implementing a much needed alert and communication system for all Kings Point residents.
