Kouros "Kris" Torkan

Kris, a proud Kings Point resident since 2007, has served as a Kings Point Village Trustee since 2019, and is a longtime member and chairman of the Kings Point Planning Board. He is the founder and creator of Villadom Corp., a New York based real estate development corporation formed in 1985. Kris grew his business with hard work and integrity, a sentiment that carries through to his civil responsibilities. Today, Kris serves on the board and is an active director of the Nassau County Police Foundation. In addition, he is a Vice President of the Iranian-American Jewish Federation of New York.
