 Trustee Torkhan

Mayor Kouros “Kris” Torkan, Kris, a proud Kings Point resident since 2007, has served as a Kings Point Village Trustee since 2019, and is a longtime member and chairman of the Kings Point Planning Board. He is the founder and creator of Villadom Corp., a New York based real estate development corporation formed in 1985. Kris grew his business with hard work and integrity, a sentiment that carries through to his civil responsibilities. Today, Kris serves on the board and is an active director of the Nassau County Police Foundation. In addition, he is a Vice President of the Iranian-American Jewish Federation of New York.

 Trustee Nematzadeh

Trustee Hooshang Nematzadeh, a resident of Kings Point for nearly 20 years, is also a member of the village’s Planning Board, where he brings an engineering background and extensive real estate development experience as president of Nemat Homes Inc. 

In his dedication to public service, he is immediate past president and an active member of the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce. He also serves his community as former Executive Vice President of the Iranian American Jewish Federation of New York and the United Mashadi Jewish Community of America. 

Trustee Hooshang Nematzadeh holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport.

 Tedi Kashinejad

Trustee Tedi Kashinejad, has been a devoted member of The Village of Great Neck for over 20 years, including seats on both the Planning and Zoning & Appeals Boards. Now as a resident of Kings Point, he is on the Architectural Review Board. Tedi is the Vice President of Nemat Development Group and BLDNGS Group, a real estate development and interior design company. His mantra of always finding the best solutions for both applicants and residents extends to his community as well. He has made several improvements to a variety of residential, commercial, retail and religious projects in the villages he served including his current project - implementing a much needed alert and communication system for all Kings Point residents.

 Shahriar (Ebi) Victor

Trustee Shahriar (Ebi) Victory, Trustee Ebi has been a proud member of the Great Neck community since 1996 and a King Point resident since 2001. He has served on the Architectural and Site review board since 2017 and assisted in the creation of the Village of Kings Point Enhancement Committee in cooperation with Mr. Chris Torkan, Ted Kashinejad and Danny Kymia. Ebi is the founder and President of several businesses including a packaging supply distribution co. and Victory Holding of NY, which specializes in management and improvement of residential and mixed use buildings in New York City as well and professional stock and index options trading. Mr. Victory is committed to improving services of our village as well as improving and computerizing our village services so we can operate more efficiently and cost effectively while keeping taxes as low as possible.

 Trustee Torkan

Ira S. Nesenoff, A Kings Point resident for more than 20 years, Trustee Ira S. Nesenoff has a long history of service to the village as a valued member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for nearly two decades. He brings vast legal and business experience and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market as a managing partner of New York City law firm Nesenoff & Miltenberg where he focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions and litigation involving real estate matters. Like his neighbors, Ira cherishes the bucolic setting and quality of life afforded to those who choose to live and raise families in the Village of Kings Point. A dedicated public servant, Trustee Nesenoff stands by an unwavering commitment to making decisions as a village official in the best interest of the residents. When time allows, Ira enjoys traveling, photography, alpine and cross country skiing, road and mountain biking, and basketball.
